What should I know before I begin?

Ahimsa Wellness Limited  strongly recommends that you consult with your physician or other health care professional before beginning any exercise program. Do not start this program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. By participating you understand that there is a possibility of injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise programme, you agree that you do so at your own risk and assume  all risks involved. At all times listen to your body.

If I am new to yoga where should I start ?

If you are new to Yoga we suggest you begin with our beginner friendly, gentle /restorative classes such as Mindful Monday and Gentle Flow.

What happens when I purchase an In-Studio pass or the GY Online Membership?

When you purchase an In Studio pass or the GY Online Membership it is valid for 30 days from the date of payment.

In Studio pass means you have access to all classes offered in studio. We recommend you choose the class best suited to your ability. Once purchased you can head over to our booking page here .

GY Online Tribe membership means you will have unlimited 24/7 streaming access to all videos we have included in the membership package, The number of videos included in the membership package can vary. We may add or remove videos from time to time. To view those videos, make sure that you are logged in. You can see your videos in the GY Library category here . This membership runs for 30 days at which time you can renew.

I booked a class but I need to reschedule, what should I do?

If you need to reschedule a class please contact the Studio here .

Please reschedule at least 24hours before the class so someone on the waiting list may be able to attend and then you will be able to re-book the class. Should you fail to cancel within this time a class will be deducted from your pass.

I bought a pass, now how do I book my classes?

Awesome! Now you can head over to our Studio page choose your classes and at the time of payment, please enter the cash on delivery option. When you attend class you will be issued a physical studio pass.

Can I download videos to play offline ?

GY Tribe Online membership is a streaming service. Videos cannot be downloaded to a computer.

What Types of Payment Do You Take ?

We accept credit card payments ; Paypal & Online Bank Transfer

How does the Online Bank Transfer Work?

This option will allow you to checkout your item but access will be delayed. You will then need to head over to your online banking and transfer the amount and email us the receipt. Some transfers may take upward of 3 days to clear ; upon clearance you will be granted access to your purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Our  In-Studio & Online Memberships are non-refundable. In-Studio memberships may be paused for a period of up to two weeks from date of request. In the case of a pandemic or otherwise Ahimsa Wellness Limited reserves the right to adjust this period in its discretion.
